Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited, whether the content is photographic, AI-generated, or edited. You must not create, upload, request, generate, store, or distribute:

• • Any sexual or intimate content that depicts, or appears to depict, a minor or any person under 18 ("CSAM") — absolute, with no exceptions.
• • Intimate or sexual imagery of a real, identifiable person created or shared without their explicit consent (non-consensual intimate imagery, including "deepfakes").
• • Any photograph, face, or likeness of another person used without their explicit permission.
• • Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or that violates another person's privacy or publicity rights.
• • Any attempt to bypass, disable, or defeat our safety filters, moderation, watermarking, or age controls.

Child Safety: Zero Tolerance, Automated Detection & Mandatory Reporting

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any content that sexually depicts, or appears to depict, a minor. This applies equally to real, AI-generated, and edited imagery, with no exceptions.

Our platform operates automated safety systems that screen prompts and images and apply known-image (hash) matching, combined with human review, designed to detect and block the upload, creation, or generation of any content involving minors. Flagged content is refused and will not be produced or delivered.

Where we detect, or receive a report of, suspected child sexual abuse material — or any attempt to produce it — we will block and remove the content, immediately suspend and permanently ban the account, preserve the relevant records, and report the matter to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the appropriate law enforcement authorities, as required by law.

We cooperate fully with law enforcement and may disclose account information — including identity, email, IP address, device data, and payment details — in connection with any such investigation, without prior notice where permitted by law. If we catch you attempting to create this material, we will report you.

Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery & Removal

You may only create images of yourself or of a consenting adult who has given you explicit permission. Creating, uploading, or sharing intimate imagery of a real, identifiable person without consent is prohibited and unlawful in many jurisdictions.

If intimate imagery depicting you has been shared without your consent, you may request removal by contacting our support team. Consistent with applicable law (including the U.S. TAKE IT DOWN Act), we aim to remove verified non-consensual intimate imagery within 48 hours of a valid request.

Your Responsibility & Indemnification

You are solely and fully responsible for the content you generate, upload, publish, and distribute, and for ensuring you hold all rights and consents required. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the operator of this Service and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or liability, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the Service, the content you create, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

1. Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 18 years old to use Undress Guru. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

2. Acceptable Use

• • Only upload content you have the right to use and that complies with all laws.
• • Never generate or share imagery involving minors, non-consensual content, or material that violates privacy.
• • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules or harm other users.

3. Credits, Plans & Payments

Paid plans grant access to additional credits and features. Unless stated otherwise, all purchases are final and non-refundable once credits are consumed. Trials or promotional credits may be withdrawn if we detect abuse or fraudulent activity.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to the content you upload. Generated outputs are licensed for your personal use provided they comply with these Terms. Undress Guru owns all platform technology, branding, and original materials we make available to you.

5. Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will meet your expectations or be suitable for any specific purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Undress Guru is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

6. Privacy

Our use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using Undress Guru you consent to the collection and handling of information as outlined there.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are significant we will provide notice through the dashboard or by email. Continued use of the service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
